CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Approximately 75% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs, FX, or any of our other products work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.Trading in the products and services of Zora capital limited may, even if made in accordance with a recommendation, result in losses as well as profits. Trading risks are magnified by leverage—losses can exceed your deposits. Margin calls may be made quickly or frequently, especially in times of high volatility. If you cannot meet these margin calls, your positions may be closed out, and any shortfall will be your responsibility. Values may fluctuate significantly during periods of high volatility or market/economic uncertainty; such swings can be even more pronounced if your positions are leveraged and may adversely affect your situation. Trade only after you have acknowledged and accepted these risks. You should carefully consider whether trading in leveraged products is appropriate for you based on your financial circumstances and seek independent financial consultation.
Zora Capital Limited does not provide services in the USA, Turkey, UAE, or Saint Lucia.

The account balance falling below 5% of its initial balance (the call-margin condition). It is checked automatically and you are notified in the panel and by email the moment it is met.

An amount granted on a new credit account for you to trade again; its login details are emailed to you. The credit itself cannot be withdrawn or transferred, but the profit you make with it can be withdrawn under the 40% Profit Consistency Rule.
An account that has reached call margin cannot technically receive credit, so a separate credit account with the same trading conditions is created. The leftover balance of the previous account stays yours and is withdrawable.
To withdraw credit profit, your best day's profit must not exceed 40% of total net profit. It is not a daily profit cap; it is checked only at withdrawal time and shown live in the panel.
The credit-profit withdrawal happens once and settles the cycle: coverage ends permanently, remaining credit is removed and the credit account is closed. This is stated clearly and confirmed before you withdraw.
